Ultra's top tier costs about twice the lower one but gives four times the usage (20× vs 5× Pro). Google has also said API customers and AI Ultra subscribers are next in line for its new Gemini 4 "Argon" model after its cyber-defense partners — but it isn't available yet, so don't buy Ultra for it today.
