AI Price Compare is an independent comparison site for the seven AI services most people are choosing between. We exist because reading seven pricing pages is annoying, and because providers describe their plans in language designed to be slightly hard to compare.

What we do

We track prices, plans, and feature differences across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, DeepSeek, and Grok. We update the ledger whenever a provider changes pricing — typically within a day or two. We write a short profile of each provider explaining what they're actually good at, in plain language.

We do not take affiliate fees from any AI provider. We do not run sponsored content. The site supports itself through small, unobtrusive display ads.

How we keep it honest

1. Source from the provider, every time. Every price comes from the provider's own pricing page on the date stamped in the masthead. No aggregator data.
2. Date everything. When prices change, the old number is struck through and the new one is dated. Nothing gets quietly rewritten.
3. Take a position. Pure neutrality is unhelpful. We say which plan we think is the better value, and why. You don't have to agree.
4. Correct in public. When we get something wrong, we correct it in place and note what changed. Spot a mistake? Tell us.

What we're not

We're not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, Perplexity, DeepSeek, or xAI. We're not a benchmark site — we don't run model evaluations. For that, look at LMSys Arena or the original benchmark papers. We compare what providers charge, not what their models can do.
