The honest take

A grammar and style checker built for long-form writers — deep manuscript-level reports go beyond Grammarly's sentence-by-sentence fixes.

Best for: Novelists, academics, and bloggers who want in-depth style reports (pacing, overused words, readability) on full manuscripts

Where it falls short: The free checker caps at 500 words per pass, and the 20+ style reports can overwhelm casual users who just want quick corrections
