Since June 2026 every paid Copilot seat runs on premium credits. Pro and Pro+ differ mainly in how many credits you get — and whether Opus is on the menu.

Updated October 7, 2026
§ Quick answer

The short answer.

Copilot Pro ($10/mo) is enough if you mostly use completions and occasional agent mode. Move to Pro+ ($39/mo) when you burn through Pro's $15/mo in premium credits or want Opus models.
